So here's the story... this represents Sarah's true love. She ate sooo much cookie dough recently that she gave herself salmonella poisoning... Oh she was sooo sick for three days. You should have heard her in moments of despair and suffering "I'm never gonna eat sweets again!!! (cry, sob, cry, sob) Yeah right! What a cutie.
